Our class had a Snow Day before the snow arrived in Charlottesville. We counted snowflakes and made snowflake booklets. We created our own snowflakes using pretzels, marshmallows, vanilla frosting, and toothpicks. We had a blast! We learned about snowflakes, read poetry about snowflakes and snowfall, and looked at extraordinary snow artwork. We also created snow illustrations and wrote about our favorite things to do in the snow. We had a superb indoor Snow Day!
